Booking An appointment:

 To secure your appointment, a $30 per person (Non-Transferable or Non-fundable) is required via e-transfer to secure your spot.

 Prior to your appointment:

 You are required to brush and floss your teeth before your appointment.

 Please keep in mind cancellations must be done 24 hours prior.

 A reminder that all deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable  ( this includes services and training deposits)

 Guest policy:

 We currently do not allow additional guests unless they are being serviced as well.

 Return and Refund policy:

 All sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges. At Foreversmiless Teeth Whitening all of our products are inspected prior to leaving the foreversmiless warehouse. Any damage occurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and must be checked and noted on the bill of landing.

 Please ensure that all orders are correctly done as we are only able to change anything on the parcel before it has been shipped, we are also not able to accept any product back after the product has left our facility for sanitary purposes.

 At your appointment:

 Please keep in mind we have a late fee and a cancellation time.

 10 minutes late requires a $15 fee.

15 minutes late is automatically cancelled.

 These polices have been made as I  need time to clean and set up for my following clients and cannot have my client waiting when they have an appointment.

Order information that’s is collected to fulfil any orders placed through our site ( including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing invoices/ Confirmations)
